Araware's organizational hierarchy consists of a client liaison office in USA, and a project development team and offices in Pakistan, India and other South Asian countries. The US office is the client's initial point of contact. After a thorough "needs analysis", Araware presents a business case to the client and suggest a development partner to carry out the implementation work. Upon agreement by the client, the project development team initiates and remains in direct contact with the client in all aspects of project management. At any point of the project, or its after-development phases, the client has two points of contact: the US-based office for general inquiries, and the overseas-based development team for specific information.
